VoiceFlowLab is a voice-first AI platform that turns spoken words and photos into structured data. It powers two products: VoiceField for field service professionals and VoiceCount for inventory counting. You speak naturally, and our AI extracts structured fields like customer names, parts used, item quantities, and more.
VoiceFlowLab is built for professionals whose hands are busy — plumbers, electricians, construction foremen, estate agents, restaurant managers, retail staff, and warehouse workers. Anyone who needs to capture data in the field but hates typing on small screens or filling out paper forms.
No. VoiceFlowLab works on any modern smartphone or tablet with a microphone and camera. There is no special hardware required. Just open the app, tap record, and speak.
Yes. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You get full access to all features in your selected plan during the trial period.
Yes. You can record voice notes and take photos without an internet connection. Everything is stored locally on your device and syncs automatically when you reconnect to the internet.

After completing a job, technicians speak naturally about what they did — the customer, work performed, parts used, time spent, and follow-ups. AI extracts all of this into structured fields and syncs it to your backend systems.
VoiceField is designed for three primary industries: Home Services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical), Construction (daily reports, safety logs), and Real Estate (viewing feedback, lead tracking). Each industry has tailored extraction templates.
It depends on your industry template. For example, a plumber's voice note might extract: customer name and address, job type, parts used with model numbers, time spent, issues found, and follow-up recommendations. You can review and edit all extracted fields before syncing.
Yes. Business and Enterprise plans include custom template support. You can define exactly which fields the AI should extract from your voice notes, tailored to your specific workflow.
Absolutely. Team, Business, and Enterprise plans include team management features — role-based access control, a manager dashboard to review entries, and analytics across your team's activity.
VoiceCount is our voice-and-photo-powered inventory counting product. Walk through your stockroom, fridge, or shelves — speak item names, quantities, and conditions while snapping photos. AI structures everything into a clean inventory table with flags for low stock, expiring items, and more.
VoiceCount is built for Restaurants and Cafes (walk-in fridge checks, closing counts, waste logging), Retail Shops (shelf audits, stockroom counts, receiving checks), and Warehouses (cycle counts, zone audits, receiving verification).
When you snap a photo of shelves, labels, or barcodes, VoiceCount's AI cross-references the visual data with your voice notes to verify counts and identify items. This adds a layer of accuracy and creates a visual audit trail.
Yes. VoiceCount automatically flags items that are below a set threshold or have upcoming expiry dates mentioned in your voice notes. These flags appear in your inventory dashboard so you can take action quickly.
Yes. You can export to CSV and Excel, or sync directly to supported POS and warehouse management systems like Toast, Shopify, Fishbowl, Cin7, and more.
Your voice recordings are securely transmitted to OpenAI's Whisper model for transcription. The transcript is then processed by GPT-4o to extract structured data fields. All processing happens over encrypted connections (TLS 1.2+).
Voice recordings are stored for 90 days after processing, then automatically deleted. We do not use your individual recordings to train AI models. We may use anonymised and aggregated data to improve service accuracy, but your personal data is never shared for third-party model training.
Accuracy depends on audio quality and speech clarity, but in typical conditions we see 95%+ transcription accuracy and 90%+ extraction accuracy. Every entry goes through a human-in-the-loop review step where you can edit and approve the extracted data before syncing.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Passwords are securely hashed, and we use JWT tokens for authentication. We conduct regular security assessments.
Yes. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@voiceflowlab.com. Upon account closure, we retain data for 30 days to allow for export, after which it is permanently deleted.
We offer four plans: Solo (£9.99/user/month) with 100 voice entries and 1 integration, Team (£24.99/user/month) with unlimited entries and 2 integrations, Business (£49.99/user/month) with unlimited integrations and custom templates, and Enterprise (custom pricing) with self-hosted options and dedicated support.
Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to all features in your selected plan during the trial. We will notify you before the trial expires.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice. We do not store credit card numbers directly.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for export.
VoiceField integrates with Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Procore, Buildertrend, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, Jobber, and QuickBooks. VoiceCount integrates with Toast, Square, MarketMan, Shopify, Lightspeed, Fishbowl, Cin7, and NetSuite. We are adding new integrations regularly.
Once you connect a third-party system, your approved and reviewed data is automatically pushed to that platform with one tap. You authorise the connection once, and data flows seamlessly. You always review and approve data before it syncs.
Yes, depending on your plan. Solo allows 1 integration, Team allows 2, and Business and Enterprise plans include unlimited integrations.
Enterprise customers can request custom integrations. We also offer CSV and Excel export on all plans, so you can import data into any system manually. Contact us at hello@voiceflowlab.com to discuss custom integration needs.
